As photographers, we love capturing the beauty of the world and this trip seemed like Utah would have it all.
As we were planning our route, Paige asked us if we wanted to bring their 2018 spring line with us to test out during our adventures. This is a brand we love and trust, so it was an easy “yes!” for us to work together because they let us have freedom when creating content!
In this post, we’re sharing some of our favorite pieces in our favorite places on our trip to Utah. We hope you will be inspired by the beauty of the landscapes of Utah and appreciate the style and function that Paige brought to our journey.
Packing For Utah With Paige’s Spring Line
Need help with routes to explore? Here are a few of our own adventures we recommend!

Solid colored tees and pants are important to bring on an adventure because they have the ability to go with pretty much everything.
You can mix and match them with more colorful pieces to spice up your wardrobe during your trip.
When we were exploring Idaho’s many hot springs, Berty would wear Paige’s Dylan Cargo and Grayson V-Neck for a simple yet functional look. The colors blended well with the steam from the hot springs and dusted white mountains!

OUT ON ADVENTURES
While on this road trip, Berty and I planned one big outing at least once a day to get our blood pumping and legs moving.
Some of these outings included small hikes, scouting out sunset locations, and even exploring all of the viewpoints along a scenic road (like the many in Canyonlands National Park!).
Berty and I appreciated Paige’s dedication to stylish, yet comfy clothes which made it really easy for us to shoot them in beautiful locations!
ADVENTUROUS OPTIONS FROM PAIGE:
- Straight distressed jeans
- Joggers in khaki or black
- Breathable shirts in fun prints
- Crop sweatshirts for chilly mornings on the trail
ON THE ROAD
It’s only natural that you want to be comfy on the road.
Sitting in the car with tight or unforgiving clothing is NOT an option for Berty and I. We are so happy that Paige has items that stretch, breathe and are just all around comfy for times like these.
Here are some cozy options that are super soft, breathable, and easy to wear all day:
ROAD TRIP ATTIRE:
- Joggers with a stretchy waistband
- Breathable shirts in fun prints, like this one
- This flannel to throw on if it gets chilly
AND HERE ARE SOME OTHER CAR ESSENTIALS:
- Great tunes (you can follow our playlists on Spotify here!)
- Car chargers
- Snacks for between meals
- Directions (save them on google maps!)
During our road trip, we spent a ton of time exploring outside.
One of our favorite stops was Arches National Park, just north of the city of Moab, Utah. Here, we spent all day hiking and taking pictures of the awesome geological wonders that covered the park.
In order to maximize time outside, we needed to pack clothing that would be comfortable moving around in, but also look great for photos. Here’s what we wore and packed to capture it all…
- Black bomber jacket
- Fun colored pair of jeans (these pink ones really stood out against the southern Utah sandstone!)
- Hiking boots (our favorites are from Red Wing)
- This floral linen tee
AND SOME CAMERA GEAR WE USED:
- Canon 5D Mark iii and Mark iv
- Canon G7x Mark ii
- Extra batteries
- Microphone attachments
- Portable CF Card Reader
- Hard Drive (and even an extra one too!)
