The Essential 2018 Pacific Northwest Bucket List

It’s back for a whole new year! Thanks to you guys, our 2017 Pacific Northwest Bucket List was one of our top performing blog posts of last year. We decided that it would be fun to inspire travel around our neighborhood again for 2018, so we’ve created a new list to bring in the new year. Berty and I brought over a few bucket list items we didn’t get to in 2017, added new ones, and are excited to get exploring. Join us! #PNWBucketList2018

Check out our Pacific Northwest 2017 Bucket List for even more ideas!

As we explore these places, we’ll link to our adventures in this post so you can see more photos from that trip. Come back often as you experience the Pacific Northwest with us! (and you may have some tips to share with us too!)

  1. Loving the new list! Gives me so many additional places to add to my own list. It was my first visit to the PNW in 2017, your 2017 list and Instagram posts inspired many of our destinations on our trip to Oregon, Washington and Vancouver. I cannot wait to come back, I feel like we barely scratched the surface of the PNW and I cannot wait to see more! I hope one day my husband and I can relocate to Washington or Oregon to have an opportunity to really explore the region. Renting a cabin in Olympic National Park is one that’s on our list already. Looking forward to following your 2018 adventures, please keep the amazing photos and travel tips coming!

    1. Awww thank you Stephanie for the encouraging note!! That makes me SO happy that we could be an inspiration for your last trip here! I’ll let you know when we find a dreamy cabin on the Peninsula – looking all the time for the perfect place to hang out with all our friends! 🙂

  2. I think the list is a good and achievable one. I normally chase weather for my outdoor adventures and sometimes the conditions are never right. Here’s hoping you achieve your goals!

    1. Thank you! And same here, we always have to prepare ourselves for any kind of unpredictable weather here in the PNW! Happy adventuring!

  3. Thank you so much for this, and all your wonderful other posts! One item I’d like to add is Silver Falls in Oregon. I grew up in Grants Pass and loved to visit there.

    1. Thank you Erinn! And thanks for the suggestion! I just looked up Silver Falls and it’s beautiful!!

  4. This is a great list! I may need to hang this on the fridge to keep motivated to get out of Seattle more often! I’ve never considered adventuring to Idaho, so that will be a new one for this year ?
